Teacher Sponsored-Student Aid Fund (TS-SAF)
The Objective behind starting the TS-SAF is to provide educational, psycho-social and monetary support to needy and poor students.Under this innovative scheme help to poor and needy students is provided by teachers either from the common bank account set up for the same or helping the students by individually fulfilling his/her educational needs.
Every year teachers contribute voluntarily to deposit the amount to the bank account opened in the name of H.N.C.C.Staff Academy . Help in the form of payment of their exam fees, tuition fees, and required educational material through this account is given to the needy students by cheque.
The placement cell at HNCC acts as an Interface between academia and industry by helping the students to improve their employability through systematic exposure to business organizations. Pool campus drives are conducted forcompanies like TATA Consultancy Services Ltd., Infosys BPO, ICICI Bank. Infosys, Axis Bank, ICICI Prudential, Shriram City, HDFC Bank, Indus Ind Bank. The placement cell conducts various activities and workshop to develop the employability skills of students.
“IMPACT”-the indigenously designed softskills and personality development course is conducted for in house .(B Com and B A) with an objective to prepare them in terms of final placement including Writing Skills, Vocabulary, Stage confidence, Leadership, GD, Mock Interview, Corporate exposures
Competitive Exam Coaching Centre
College runs a Competitive examination Coaching centre jointly with sister concern Walchand College of Arts and Science, Solapur.
Internal Complaint Committee and Grievance Redressed Committee function to resolve complaints, if any, to grievances pertaining to harassement at workplace and other administrative, academic and infrastructural issues.
